Waugh Infrastructure Management is happy to announce that Russell Engelke has joined the Waugh Infrastructure Hawkes Bay team.

Russell is a Parks and Recreation professional who has worked for four local councils over the past 19 years, mainly focussing on Open Space and Environmental development.  

He has a passion for seeing excellence in the Parks and Recreation sector. He has played a pivotal role in developing some of the finest recreation facilities in several regions of New Zealand.
