Theuns is a Senior Lecturer in Transportation (Pavements and Asset Management) at Auckland University and is also CEO of Infrastructure Decision Support (IDS Ltd).
Theuns is responsible for teaching and research supervision at Auckland University. He also partakes in a number of international projects that build onto his asset management and network management experience.

Jeff Roorda and Associates (JRA)
Statement on conclusion of collaboration.
Over the past decade, Waugh Infrastructure and JRA had collaborated on a number of projects in New Zealand and Australia. This collaboration has included the sharing of information and research and the development of professional and personal friendships between staff of the respective companies. The collaboration has been mutually beneficial to both companies, and lead to several successfully completed projects.
In late 2015 Jeff Roorda and Associates were acquired by Technology One. JRA has remained a separate company as part of the Technology One group. We wish JRA every success in this new ownership structure.
Within the New Zealand infrastructure management marketplace, Technology One is active as a vendor of asset management information systems and associated support.
Waugh Infrastructure Management provides New Zealand clients advice, peer reviews and implementation support across a range of asset information systems, and have chosen to remain independent of any vendor, to be able to continue to offer independent, impartial, and high-quality advice to clients.
We wish to advise clients that, as a result of our independent position in the marketplace, and Jeff Roorda and Associates acquisition by Technology One, the collaborative relationship between Waugh Infrastructure Management and Jeff Roorda and Associates has concluded.
