Hugh Blake-Manson, Infrastructure Advisor at Waugh Infrastructure Management Ltd., will present the paper, “A Wai-Inu Blueprint”, at the Water NZ Conference on 18 October, 11:00 AM at the Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre.
Hugh will be joined by co-author Murray England, Asset Manager, Water Services, Selwyn District Council.
