What a difference 4 days makes, given the progress of the Covid-19 outbreak and our government’s sensible and pragmatic announcements yesterday afternoon, 23 March.

As planned, our team started working from home on Monday, ahead of the government announcements by about 4 hours.

As I have mentioned before, we remain fully available to assist clients.

On 21st March we published the text below:

The New Zealand Government has instituted a COVID-19 Alert Level which will be updated daily.

At Saturday 21 March the COVID-19 Alert Level is Level 2: Reduce Contact, and the New Zealand Government has requested businesses to activate their work from home plans if they can.

As noted in the Waugh Infrastructure COVID-19 Advisory circulated to clients yesterday, we are well set up to work from home, with all of our business systems being cloud-based,

This short update advises that the Waugh Infrastructure Team will be working from home as requested by the New Zealand Government until the government work-from-home request is lifted.

We remain fully available to assist clients.
