In the period June – October 2017, Waugh Infrastructure Management and Kathy Dever-Tod (Dever-Tod Advisory Services) have been working with Piers Lehmann and his team at Christchurch City Council providing rolling reviews of the CCC Infrastructure Strategy.
The Christchurch City Council Infrastructure Strategy review process involved an early, mid and near-final review.
Resulting from this work the Infrastructure Strategy Checklist Template was developed and tested.
Our opinion is that this checklist has been valuable in assisting the Christchurch City Council team as they developed their Infrastructure Strategy.
Waugh Infrastructure Management and Dever-Tod Advisory Services have made this checklist template available to their clients on 28th November 2017, for use in Infrastructure Strategy development assessment and review.
As an industry service, recognising our industry leadership position, we are happy to make this Infrastructure Strategy Checklist Template available to all New Zealand local authorities.
The template provides for internal assessment and/or external assessment and is relatively self-explanatory in its scoring and use.
