The video above is the second in the series. It covers Section 4.0 of the conference paper – Fiscal Challenges Ahead
In June 2013, I presented my paper Infrastructure Management – Forecasting the Changes to 2030 at the Ingenium (now IPWEA NZ) Conference in Dunedin.
This paper is 63 pages, and during the conference, I had 20 minutes to present it because of the tight conference schedule. Thus, I had to shorten the presentation of the concepts and issues raised in the paper.
Following discussion with conference participants who wanted more information, and also with others in the infrastructure management industry, I have endeavoured to create this series of videos – one for each conference paper chapter.
