Ross Waugh presented on his Master of Engineering thesis, “Asset Management for Developing Countries” during the 11th Pacific Water and Wastewater Association Conference that was held in Noumea, New Caledonia on 6-10 August.
Ross’s research paper tackles the build-neglect-rebuild paradigm in the Pacific, the impact of infrastructure deterioration on people, budget diversions, and the fund requirement for maintaining existing infrastructure.
