Statement on conclusion of collaboration.
Jeff Roorda and Associates (JRA)
Over the past decade, Waugh Infrastructure and JRA have collaborated on several projects in New Zealand and Australia.
This collaboration includes sharing information and research and developing professional and personal friendships between the staff of the respective companies. The partnership has mutually benefited both companies and led to several completed projects.
In late 2015, Technology One acquired Jeff Roorda and Associates. JRA has remained a separate company as part of the Technology One group. We wish JRA every success in this new ownership structure.
Technology One is an asset management information systems vendor and associated support within the New Zealand infrastructure management marketplace.
Waugh Infrastructure Management provides New Zealand clients with advice, peer reviews and implementation support across various asset information systems.
WIML has chosen to remain independent of any vendor to offer clients independent, impartial, and high-quality advice.
Due to our independent position in the marketplace and Jeff Roorda and Associates’ acquisition by Technology One, we wish to advise clients that the collaborative relationship between Waugh Infrastructure Management and Jeff Roorda and Associates has concluded.
If you have any questions regarding this statement, don’t hesitate to contact Ross Waugh.
