Waugh Infrastructure Management is pleased to welcome Andy Bartlett to our team. Andy started in January 2021.

Andy has developed expertise in multi-disciplinary consulting engineering and local government, from working as a technician to holding a key position as a trusted infrastructure design engineer and asset management professional in the last 20 years.

Andy brings his breadth of experiences across infrastructure, roading, and road safety engineering that he garnered from working in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. These experiences enable him to achieve much in technical and leadership roles within project teams.
