Welcome to the sixth instalment in our series leading up to the launch of the Āpōpō Guide.
Today, we will share a glimpse into the making of the Āpōpō Guide through an interview with one of our contributors, Ross Waugh of Waugh Infrastructure Management Limited.
Waugh Infrastructure Management Ltd is a long-time partner of Āpōpō, and we are lucky to have Ross’ input from decades of experience in the industry for the Leadership section of the Āpōpō Guide.
In this interview, Ross discusses how important it is for organisations to have strong leadership in all aspects of asset management practice – from governance to line management.
He also touches on how a holistic approach is at the heart of good asset management practice and the need for kaitiakitanga: stewardship and guardianship when looking after our assets.
Thank you for joining us on this exciting journey towards the launch of the Āpōpō Guide. Stay tuned for more updates and insights as we get closer and closer to the Guide’s launch.
