Ross Waugh presented at the 2023 Global Buried Asset Management Congress, held in Chicago, Illinois, USA, on 28-30 September.
He presented New Zealand practices on community service level consultation and reflections on 21 years of doing it, which has become an established NZ industry practice.
Ross reflected on how this practice developed, where NZ has gotten to now, and the lessons learnt along the way.
