Jewel worked as a web content writer, crafting articles and blogs on various topics using keywords to promote businesses online.
With her varied work experiences, knowledge, and skills, Jewel searches for materials and coordinates with the team to create the stream of blog posts and articles on the Climate Adaptation Platform and Inframanage.com websites. The two websites are Ross Waugh’s special projects.
She finished BS in Commerce and did administration work for several years. After completing her Master of Arts in Psychology degree, she worked as a guidance counsellor at the Central Philippine University primary school.
While working as a guidance counsellor, she conducted and published research on parental involvement and children’s academic achievement. Moving to Timaru, Jewel studied Cookery at Ara Institute of Canterbury. After finishing the course, she started her own café business and operated it for four years.
