She has a desire to see systems implemented robustly, but smoothly to ensure efficient management of assets.
This ambition is backed by extensive experience with water network operation and management, contract management, SCADA and water system processes.
In particular, Jennifer has excellent skills in implementing and using asset information systems, GIS and associated data collection, manipulation, and reporting.
Jennifer has provided support to most asset owning departments of Council during her career including water, wastewater, stormwater, parks, property and fleet.
