Andy has developed his career in multi-disciplinary consulting engineering and local government, from technician level to a key position as a trusted infrastructure design engineer and Asset Management professional, over the last 20 years.
His breadth of experience across infrastructure, roading, and road safety engineering – gained in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia – enabled him to excel in technical and leadership roles within project teams.
He rapidly acquires new skills, knowledge, and working methods – applying this to the successful planning, management, and delivery of infrastructure projects. He is an articulate communicator, proven through his level of responsibility in developing organisational projects and strategies, client liaison and stakeholder engagement in his recent career.
He has followed a varied tertiary and professional study programme, focusing on asset management and road safety.
