Roading Infrastructure Management Support Group (RIMS) delivers strong leadership and strategic advice and vigorously promotes best practices to guarantee consistency and efficiency across New Zealand’s roads.

Since 2005, RIMS has collaborated closely with all road controlling authorities (RCAs) and has been endorsed by key industry stakeholders, including Waka Kotahi and the RCA Forum.

RIMS has transformed and re-educated the industry in New Zealand by introducing deterioration modelling tools, which are now widely used and considered the industry standard.
