Congratulations to Phil Cahill, Dunedin City Council for winning the Hynds Paper Award at the Ingenium (now IPWEA NZ) Conference in Dunedin.

Phil’s paper covered the work on the Dunedin City Council, Water and Waste Services, Asset Management Information System project.
