Waugh Infrastructure proudly congratulates Hugh Blake-Manson on the significant accomplishment of his Master of Water Resource Management degree.
This is a further testament to his hard work, dedication, and commitment to his profession. It complements his 25+ years of expertise and consulting in all water services management and project delivery “Wai Kotahi”—including river management.
Hugh’s research focused on identifying the consumptive drinking water quality risks likely to be experienced by single household supplies across the Waitaha Canterbury Regional Council area.
His research produces a replicable model framework that allows for the integration of climate change and resilience data. It fills a gap that was last considered in any detail 20 years ago. @michaelhowden @jimgraham @taumataarowai @gillianblythe
Having completed this academic journey, Hugh plans to focus on climate and resilience risk projects while delivering 3 Waters engineering projects across the motu. His formal awarding ceremonies will be held in September 2024.
This academic feat will undoubtedly further enrich Hughs’s service to our clients as he continues to provide excellent, high-quality work and advice.
Waugh Infrastructure Management is thrilled for Hugh and fortunate to have him on the team.
