This video shows David Fraser (IDS Board Chairperson) and Theuns Henning (IDS CEO) narrating about the difficulties IDS faced and providing some details on the Infrastructure Asset Management solutions they were able to come up.

They proceeded to discuss sustainability in infrastructure asset management.

David and Theuns also explained the balance between the short-term operational results expectation and the benefits of strategic modelling.
