Waugh Infrastructure Management Limited (WIML)celebrates 25 years of asset management consulting service this month.
“We are so proud of this achievement and how our team has grown,” said Ross Waugh, founder and director.
When Ross opened his asset management consulting service doors on 25 August 1998 as Waugh Consultants, he never considered how long those doors may stay open.
He just knew he wanted to do things a little differently.
As a civil engineer, Ross has dedicated most of his work to helping build and maintain communities across New Zealand, the South Pacific, and Southeast Asia while fostering an amazing welcoming community for his team and clients.
After ten years, Waugh Consultants rebranded and became Waugh Infrastructure Management. At that time, they were a team of 14 staff members with 41 New Zealand clients.
Fifteen years later, WIML has grown to 20 staff members, serving 107 New Zealand and International clients.
It has offices in Timaru, Hawkes Bay, and some team members working remotely across New Zealand.
The longest-serving staff member, Jen Fox, has been with WIML for 22 of our 25 years! Thanks, Jen!
